Ludus Magnus has three magnificent and innovative villas. Named after the owners’ children, Charlotte, Stanislas, and Vittoria. The villas are beautifully unique exactly like the children. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 terraces, each with a private pool.

Overlooking the Ludus Magnus estate, Shiraz vineyard, and the majestic Franschhoek mountains, all three luxury villas have stunning views.
The ensuite bedrooms and living room open onto one of the two terraces each with a private swimming pool.
Each villa has a stylish lounge and dining area with an 8-seater table, floating fireplace, semi-separate TV nook with chillout couch, Sonos surround sound system and air-con units. A modern open-plan and state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen includes a wood braai (BBQ), Le Creuset crockery, dishwasher, tumble-dryer and washing machine. Daily cleaning service included.
The individually styled ensuite bedrooms come with king-size bed, flat screen TV, air-con, mini-bar fridge, plush gowns, electronic safe and blackout curtains. Sliding doors open onto one of the decks and pools. Bathrooms are beautifully finished and kitted out with L/M luxury amenities.
